SharpsTracer™
SharpsTracer™ is a web-based manifest imaging and tracking program that allows registered Sharps® customers to track and certify the transportation and disposal of their regulated medical waste. The electronic system is Sharps® answer to the traditional, paper-based method of manifest tracking.

SharpsTracer™ allows online entry of patient- specific information as related to the sharps container itself and any other pertinent data, including:

• Patient ID numbers
• Issue data
• Container type

Outcome information may also be tracked and trended. Subscribers may select up to four customized data fields for input of patient related information, including:

• Acute vs. Chronic
• ICD-9 codes
• Nurse ID numbers
• Geographical location/distance

SharpsTracer™ reporting capabilities allows customers to easily maintain compliance with company programs and federal and state regulations.
