Return Policy

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only in the event that Customer receives damaged Products or Product in error AND notifies Seller within five (5) business days of receipt of order. Additionally, a return authorization code must be issued by Sharps Compliance to the Customer in order to be eligible for return and associated credit.

Product Warranty

Sharps Compliance Inc. ("Sharps") warrants that all Sharps Recovery System™ (previously Sharps Disposal By Mail System®), TakeAway Recovery System™ and TakeAway Environmental Return™ products are free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use for their designed purpose.

Sharps will replace any product that is deemed defective. This warranty is made on the condition that (i) Customer provides Sharps with written notice of any defect (in no event later than one (1) year from the date of shipment), (ii) defective product is inspected by Sharps and (iii) Sharps determines that Customer's claim is valid under the terms of this warranty.

In the event that Purchaser makes any modifications to the Products or does not utilize the Product in strict accordance with the Instructions for Use (included with the Product), the foregoing warranty shall be null and void. Sharps Compliance shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall the Company liability for defective Products exceed the corresponding purchase price of the Product.
