The name and logo for Sharps Compliance has come to represent quality and service. Our outstanding reputation is one of our most valuable assets. In our effort to achieve the Sharps vision, our commitment to excellence is vital.

The purpose of the Logo Usage Guidelines is to guide all Sharps associates in the correct use of the Sharps name and trademarks in their various formats. Our effort is to encourage the use of Sharps symbols and to protect them through proper use. The Logo Usage Guidelines provides the proper and consistent application of our logotypes.

Proprietary Marks
It is the policy of Sharps to preserve and legally protect the validity and dignity of any and all proprietary marks associated with Sharps and to maximize the impact of those marks through consistent usage.

Since the proprietary marks identify Sharps and impact its image, stated specifications must be followed. The logo should be used to emphasize the operation of the business and all advertising materials so that the business is readily recognizable as Sharps Compliance, Inc.

Proprietary marks include only those defined in the following procedure. Design for proprietary marks must conform exactly to the examples shown in this section. In addition, Sharps must approve all use of Sharps proprietary marks.

Proper Usage
An establishment and recognizable brand identity is an invaluable asset to any business. Care must be taken to preserve and protect the asset. It is essential that whenever and wherever the logotype is used, it be used in the same manner, same proportions, the same colors and the same typography.
