The Sharps Secure Collection System is a containment and disposal method designed specifically for public restrooms. It provides self-injecting employees and customers a way to properly dispose of their sharps while away from home. The system is currently used in malls, restaurants, office buildings and industrial facilities. The Sharps Secure Collection System features a sturdy, lockable collection cabinet that allows entry by authorized personnel only. When the sharps container inside the cabinet is full, it is placed in a USPS approved Sharps Recovery System shipping box for transport and safe disposal.
This kit includes:
A Sharps Secure cabinet with container (Item # 50030), 1-Quart Sharps Secure Recovery System (Item # 10101) and Sharps Secure Maintenance Kit (Item # 50026).
Holds up to 70 1cc syringes.
Holds up to 30 3cc syringes.

The Sharps Secure Intro Kit is designed to assure a replacement sharps container is available for the Sharps Secure cabinet. The cabinet is specifically designed for unmonitored areas in need of additional security such as public restrooms in malls, airports, restaurants, industrial facilities and others. Clinical settings that may find the Sharps Secure cabinet especially useful include memory care, drug units, prisons, and other locations where additional precautions for sharps containment may be needed.
When the sharps container inside the Sharps Secure cabinet is full, simply retrieved the 1-Quart Sharps Secure Recovery System included with the Intro Kit, remove the sharps container, and replace the full container. Mail the full container for proper treatment in the included shipping box.
